Our client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead their customer support team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.

Main responsibilities will include:

2-Butcher Shop Coordinator

Weekly 40 Hours

Day-to-day tasks

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintaining shop hygiene standards
  • Maintaining health and safety standards of the butcher shop according to company policies
  • Dealing with raw meat such as chicken.
  • Lamb and beef such as cutting and preparation according to customers demands.
  • Following safety procedures and guidelines Meeting time deadlines
  • Ensuring staff training and conducting a staff performance review
  • Achieving business yearly goals and ensuring growth
